A 25 yr Old Woman Hangs Herself & A 30 yr Old Consumes Poison
Chandigarh is witnessing a back- to- back incidences of suicides within the tricity that has shaken the administration as well as the health department. Recently, there were two cases of suicide have been reported in Chandigarh and nearby areas.
In a tragic incident, a 25-year-old woman has committed suicide in Chandigarh by hanging herself from the ceiling fan at her house. Thevictim is identified as Neha who is a resident of Chaman Colony, Mauli Jagran. The victim committed suicide when she was all alone in the house. When the victim didn’t come out of her room, her husband went to look for her. On being repeatedly called from outside the room by her husband, Neha did not open the door. It was then, the victim’s husband broke into the room and found her hanging from the ceiling As per the police of Chandigarh, the victim, Neha was immediately rushed to the hospital but the doctors declared her brought dead. Police did not find any suicide note by the victim. Neha, the victim is survived by her son and her husband. The autopsy report is yet to come in this come, however, the Police has initiated the investigation for the same.
