8-month-old dies of swine flu
An eight-month-old baby girl from Panchkula died of swine flu last night. She was admitted to the PGI, but her parents took her home. The infant was handed over to the family after completing formalities under leave against medical advice (LAMA). VK Bansal, CMO, Panchkula, said the child was admitted to the Civil Hospital, where she died last night. He said the Health Department had isolated the family and started their treatment.
