Mrs. Rashmi Mahajan (Executive Director)
With 20 years of day to day experience in the trims & packaging business, Mrs. Mahajan handles most of the daily operations.
Mr. Akhil Mahajan (Executive Director)
With over 16 years of experience in the textile industry, Mr. Akhil Mahajan is handling the yarn division of the group and all group level finance. He has a B.Com in Finance from Panjab University.

With 14 years of diverse experience, ranging from technology/telecom to textiles, Mr. Abhay Mahajan handles the marketing & operations at Uniroyal Industries. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois, Urbana, Champaign, and an MBA in Finance & Strategy from University of Chicago.
